Do you often feel unseen, misunderstood, or stretched thin by everyone else’s expectations? Many people come to therapy feeling stuck between who they are and who they’ve learned to be for others. You may want relief from constant pressure without losing the relationships that matter most, or yourself in the process.
I work with individuals (14+) and couples who are ready to deepen self-understanding, strengthen communication, and build healthier emotional boundaries. My work centers on helping clients reconnect with their authentic selves while learning practical skills for emotional regulation, conflict resolution, and sustainable relationships.
My approach is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in safety. I specialize in working with clients navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, stress, burnout, perfectionism, hyper-independence, and self-esteem concerns. I also support couples struggling with communication breakdowns, emotional disconnection, and unresolved conflict.
I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology from the Michigan School of Psychology and bring a trauma-informed lens to every therapeutic relationship. Therapy is not about fixing you, it’s about helping you feel more grounded, empowered, and aligned with the life you want to live. I would be honored to support you in that process.
