As a mental health professional for the past fourteen years, I have had the honor and privilege of supporting clients in various stages of the therapeutic process. Favoring the eclectic approach to therapy, I view the client’s specific needs as primary. I enjoy seeing clients discover and unlock their full potential. It is my belief that the client is the driver, fully equipped to navigate their journey, while I as the therapist, serve as the GPS. I trust that you know where you wish to go, but may need a little assistance getting there.
Having received my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Michigan State University, my Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Phoenix and engaging in various trainings on evidence based practices, my approach to therapy is rich and rests on the foundation of a caring and compassionate therapeutic relationship.
