Life can feel like it’s moving a mile a minute—until suddenly, you realize you’re running on empty. You’re overwhelmed, exhausted, and unsure how to reconnect with yourself. If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone. I’m here to help you pause, breathe, and find your way forward.
As a therapist, I offer a warm, affirming space where you can unpack life’s challenges without judgment. My approach is eclectic, rooted in what works best for you. I lean into Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness practices, and somatic techniques to support healing from the inside out. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, or patterns that feel hard to break, our work together will focus on helping you feel more grounded, connected, and empowered in your everyday life.
I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling from Eastern Michigan University, along with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and minors in African American Studies and Communications. This blend fuels my commitment to cultural humility and supporting clients from diverse backgrounds with care, intention, and respect.
Born and raised in Michigan, I understand the unique experiences and needs within our local communities. I currently serve as a school social worker in Howell, Michigan, where I support students and families through their emotional and social challenges. I’ve been working in the field for over five years, advocating for mental health and helping create spaces where people—especially young people—can thrive.
In my personal life, I love traveling, practicing yoga, and soaking in the beauty of the animal kingdom (I will always say yes to a fun animal fact!). I believe joy, curiosity, and movement are essential parts of healing—and we’ll bring those elements into therapy, too.
I specialize in working with adults navigating PTSD, anxiety, depression, emotional regulation issues, ADHD, intergenerational trauma, and relationship struggles. I’m also passionate about providing sex therapy for couples and families—exploring topics like sexual pleasure, identity, and intimacy, as well as healing from sexual trauma in a safe and supportive environment.
Therapy with me is collaborative. You don’t have to have it all figured out—we’ll navigate the ups and downs together. I’ll hold space for every version of you that shows up: the joyful, the hurting, the uncertain, and the resilient. My hope is that, through our work, you’ll deepen your relationship with yourself and begin to move toward the life you truly want.
Our practice specializes in treating individuals, couples and families, and through years of experience, we are confident that no problem is too great to overcome.
