Maybe you’re beginning to understand yourself in ways you hadn’t before. A late ADHD diagnosis, the changes that accompany perimenopause, or the realization that you’ve outgrown certain relationships or expectations can leave you with more questions than answers. Having a space to explore those questions can help you gain clarity about what you need and where you’d like to go next.
I work with women navigating ADHD, neurodivergence, anxiety, depression, stress, and burnout. I also support women experiencing perimenopause as they make sense of emotional and cognitive changes, identify stressors, and develop practical strategies that better support their needs.
My work also includes supporting young adults and self-described late bloomers who are exploring identity, relationships, career decisions, and personal growth. Perhaps you’re still figuring things out, starting over, or questioning whether you’ve fallen behind. Who decided there was a timeline for becoming the person you want to be? There’s room to grow, change direction, and discover new possibilities at any stage of adulthood.
My experience working with survivors of domestic abuse has strengthened my belief in our capacity for resilience and meaningful change. I’ve learned how important it is to create a space where people can reconnect with themselves, recognize their strengths, and begin trusting their own judgment.
My approach is compassionate, trauma-informed, and neuroaffirming. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy to help you better understand the patterns influencing your thoughts, emotions, and relationships. Together, we’ll explore how past experiences may shape your present, identify what matters most to you, and develop practical strategies for moving forward. I believe therapy should honor your individual experiences and strengths rather than expect you to fit into someone else’s definition of progress.
I connect well with people who are ready to make changes and those who may feel uncertain but are willing to look inward. You don’t have to know exactly what you want from therapy to begin. We can figure that out together.
I hold a Bachelor of Public Affairs from Wayne State University and a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University.
My hope is that our work helps you trust yourself more, make choices with greater intention, and create a life that reflects who you are and what matters most to you.
