My goal is to create a safe and welcoming relationship that cultivates self-awareness to aid in the discovery and acceptance of your authentic self.  The self that is unburdened by other’s needs and expectations; the self that holds tightly to courage while doing hard things like learning healthy communication, conflict/resolution and emotional regulation skills, creating boundaries, saying no and letting go of toxic relationships and unhelpful self-beliefs.

I earned my Masters of Social Work from Wayne State University. I have years of experience counseling adults through various situations and challenges. I specialize in grief and loss, anxiety, depression, postpartum adjustment, life transitions and stress. I strive to provide a safe, non-judgmental, and empathic environment that honors clients as the expert in their own lives. I offer virtual sessions utilizing an innovative approach that includes cognitive behavioral therapy, relaxation techniques, mindfulness-based skills and solution-oriented therapy.I have an unbridled passion for helping people work through their challenges to grab hold of the life they deserve.  I would be honored to accompany you on your journey toward self-discovery and actualization.
